Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a fifth-place finish in the 400m hurdles at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Placed second in the 400m hurdles (55.77) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 27-29.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth (3:29.19) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Won the 400m (51.67) and ran with the winning 4x400m relay team (3:27.56) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18… Ran with the winning 4x200m relay team (1:33.40) and the 4x400m relay team that placed second (3:30.14) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11.

Earned All-MIAC honorable mention by placing fifth with a personal best time of 54.81 in the 400m hurdles at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Earned All-MIAC honorable mention by placing sixth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:23.65 at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Ran the 400m dash in 51.25 at the Hamline Invitational on April 2.

Placed third and earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x400m Relay (3:26.56) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x200m Relay (1:33.96) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Ran the 200m Dash in 23.77 at the Tostrud Classic on Feb. 19.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
It has been nothing but a blessing and enjoyment for me. I love all my teammates and I love to train with them. This opportunity has allowed me to do what I love which is compete in races. Track and Field for me personally is more than just a sport that keeps me in shape. It also helps me mentally and emotionally, keeping me in check.
