Raced with the 4x100m relay team that placed fourth (44.27) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 25-27.

Indoor
Placed seventh in the 55m at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.

2023
Received Academic All-MIAC honors.

Outdoor
Ran with the 4x400m relay team that placed third (3:27.88) at the Norse Invite on April 15.

Indoor
Competed in the 200m and with the 4x200m relay team at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Won the 200m (23.76) and raced with the 4x200m relay team that placed first (1:33.40) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11… Placed fifth in the 60m with a personal record of 7.43 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18.

2022
Outdoor
Member of the 4x100m relay team that finished third in a time of 44.94 at the Tomcat Twilight on April 13... Finished the 100m dash in 11.62 and the 200m dash in 23.50 at the Holst Invitational on April 23.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x200m Relay with a time of 1:33.96 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Ran the 60m Dash in 7.59 at the Macalester Invitational on Feb. 4... Ran the 200m Dash in 24.23 at the Tostrud Classic on Feb. 19.
