Competed at six meets… Earned All-MIAC honorable mention as a member of the 4x800 meter relay team at the MIAC Outdoor Championships hosted by Macalester on May 9-10… Qualified for MIACs in the 5000 with a 15:56.11 finish at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational.
Indoor
Ran at six meets in his debut season… Logged personal bests in the 1000 meter (2:37.44) and mile (4:28.64) races at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Placed fourth in the 1000 at the Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 8.
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I wanted to go somewhere small. The campus atmosphere and academic programs seemed like a good fit, and my overnight visit with the cross country team solidified Macalester as my first choice.
