Registered a personal record in the 1500m at the Norse Invite on April 15.

Registered a personal record in the 1000m at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18… Registered a personal record in the Mile at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11.

2022
Outdoor
Ran the 1500m in 4:50.46 at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invite on April 9.

Indoor
Ran the 1000m in 3:01.44 at the Macalester Invitational on Feb. 4... Ran the 800m in 2:19.22 at the Tostrud Classic on Feb. 19.

Before Mac
Ran a 5k in 17:21 at Francis W. Parker Charter Essential School.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I loved the vibe of this place. From the location, academics, and most importantly the people I met, I quickly felt a connection and a sense of belonging and I became very excited to attend.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
Macalester, and this team, has really helped with my sense of belonging to a community and what I can do for my own community. It has cultivated in me a stronger sense of what really matters to my family, my friends, and ultimately to me. I also get to run some fast times with my good friends, which is quite enjoyable.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Being a student athlete has taught me about the disicipline, cooperation, competitiveness and sense of fun required to be an adult, how to succeed and fail my personal goals, and to keep striving for better.
