MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x200-meter Relay and the Distance Medley Relay... Finished in fourth-place in the 4x400 at the St. Olaf Invitational while also finishing second in the 400 (51.91)... Finished in third-place in the 600 at the Gopher classic (1:25.18)... Won the 800 at the Carleton Meet of Hearts with a 2:01.67 and also came in fourth in the 4x200 with a 1:34.39... Landed in fourth-place in the Distance Medley Relay with a 10:24.74 at the MIAC Indoor Conference Championship, along with a eighth-place 4x400 (3:29.53) and a sixth-place 4x200 (1:32.70)... Logged a third-place finish at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic with a 1:24.13 in the 600... 

Outdoor
MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x800-meter Relay... Won first place as part of the 4x400 Relay at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational in 3:32.31 race and also taking second-place in the 400 (50.60)... Had three top-ten finishes at the MIAC Outdoor Championship with ninth-place in the 400 (50.39), eighth-place in the 4x400 (3:26.46) and fifth-place in the 4x800 (7:57.36).

Ran at six meets for Macalester… Competed in the 800 meters and with the 4x100 meter relay team at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10.
 
Indoor
Named All-North Region as a member of the distance medley relay team that placed second in a school third-best 10:18.41 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Ran at six meets… Placed second in the 600 meter (1:27.38) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25… Placed third in the 400 meter (53.22) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 21.

2024
Outdoor
Competed in the 800m and with the 4x400m relay team at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Logged a personal record of 1:58.81 in the 800m at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational on May 1… Ran with the 4x400m relay team that placed second (3:28.65) at the Saint John’s Invitational on April 20-21.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth (3:27.10) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Won the 600m (1:25.11) and ran with the 4x400m relay team that placed first (3:31.60) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10… Placed third in the 800m (2:04.38) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 20.

2023
Outdoor
Competed in the 400m hurdles, 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay at the MIAC Outdoor Championships… Logged a personal record in the 400m hurdles and ran with the 4x400m relay team that placed third (3:27.88) at the Norse Invite on April 15.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC honors as a part of the distance medley relay team that placed second (10:34.51) and earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth (3:29.19) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Placed second in the 600m with a personal record of 1:24.68, ran with the 4x200m relay team that placed first (1:33.40) and the 4x400m relay team that placed second (3:30.14) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student-athlete has fostered in me an importance in building community to achieve goals.
