Competed at seven meets for Macalester… Ran in the 1500 meter at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Registered a personal best of 4:11.56 in the 1500 at the Meet of the UnSaintly on April 30.
 
Indoor
Ran at five meets… Logged a season-best 4:40.61 in the mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Placed sixth in the mile at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25.

2024
Outdoor
Registered a personal record of 4:15.25 in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed second in the 5000m (17:02.21) for second place at the Saint John’s Invitational on April 20-21… Placed fourth in the 1500m (4:20.60) at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 3.

Indoor
Logged a personal record of 4:36.57 in the Mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-23… Registered a personal record of 9:20.19 in the 3000m for seventh at the Gopher Classic on Feb. 3.

Before Mac
Three-year varsity cross country winner… Four-year varsity track letter winner… Finished eighth at his high school conference meet… Honor roll.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
Macalester is in a nice location and has many good majors to explore. It’s a nice size, great values, and the program seemed like a good fit.
