Outdoor
Competed at five meets… Earned All-MIAC honorable mention as a member of the sixth-place 4x800 meter relay team that clocked a 7:53.02 finish at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Logged a personal best 4:05.78 in the 1500 at the Carleton Relays on April 19.
 
Indoor
Ran at three meets for Macalester… Won the 800 meter in 2:00.07 and raced with the second-place 4x400 meter team that finished in 3:41.49 at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25… Competed in the 800 and 4x400 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1.

2024
Outdoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a member of the 4x800m relay team that placed sixth (8:01.19) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed fourth in the 800m (1:59.64) at the Minnesota State Open on April 12-13… Ran with the 4x400m relay team that placed second (3:28.65) at the Saint John’s Invitational on April 20-21.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC honors as a part of the distance medley relay team that broke the school record with a time of 10:17.61 to place second at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Placed second in the 800m (2:01.66) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10… Logged a personal record of 2:35.62 in the 1000m at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 17.
