Won the Carleton relay by finishing first in the 3000 Steeplechase with a 10:03.83 time... Ran the 3000 Steeplechase again at the University of St Thomas Joe Sweeney Invite in 10:43.49 to finish fifth... Competed at the MIAC Championship in the 3000 Steeplechase, finishing 13th and running with a time of 10:17.24.

Indoor
Ran the mile at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic in 4:32.94 to finish 8th... Ran the 3000 at the Carleton Meet of hearts in 9:06.25 to finish 11th... Competed at the MIAC Indoor Conference Championship by finishing 14th in the mile (4:27.45) and 27th in the 3000 (9:05.00).

2025
Outdoor
Competed at seven meets… Ran in the 1500 and the 5000 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Logged a personal best 4:12.88 in the 1500 at the St. Olaf Ole Opener on May 3… Placed fourth in the 5000 at the Bethel Invitational on April 12.
 
Indoor
Raced at six meets in his debut season… Ran in the mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Logged a personal best 4:35.19 in the mile at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 21… Placed fourth in the mile at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25.
 
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
For me Macalester was a crossroads of many different facets I wanted in a college. The academic reputation and metropolitan location put it on my radar, but the opportunity to contribute to one of (what I believe to be) the best up and coming running programs and my nearby family is what clinched the deal.
