Competed at eight meets… Clocked a 4:12.22 finish in the 1500 meter at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational on April 24-26… Raced in the 1500 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships a couple weeks later on May 9-10.
Indoor
Ran in four meets in his senior year… Finished fifth (4:48.39) in the mile at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25… Finished seventh (9:30.39) in the 3000 at the Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 8.

Outdoor
Placed 12th in the 1500m with a time of 4:18.43.

Competed at five meets.
2023
Outdoor
Competed in the 800m and 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Logged a personal record in the 800m to place seventh at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 5.
Indoor
Registered a personal record in the Mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Ran a personal record in the 3000m at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11.

Outdoor
Earned All-MIAC. honorable mention, placing fifth in the 4x800m relay (7:57.83) at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Placed fifth in the 1500m with a time of 4:12.13 at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invite on April 9.
Indoor
Earned All-MIAC honorable mention, placing sixth in the Distance Medley Relay (10:48.23) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25... Ran the Mile in 4:36.56 at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 12... Completed the 1000m Run in 2:38.56 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26.
