Outdoor
Competed in the 5000m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Placed fifth in the 5000m with a personal record of 15:54.25 at the Norse Invite on April 15… Registered a personal record of 4:14.17 in the 1500m at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 5.

Indoor
Competed in the Mile and 3000m at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Placed fifth in the 3000m with a personal record of 9:08.90 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18… Registered a personal record of 4:39.19 in the Mile at the Gopher Classic on Feb. 4.

Outdoor
Placed sixth in the 5000m (17:00.93) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 30... Ran the 1500m in 4:25.01 at the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 6.

Indoor
Ran the 600m Run in 1:29.96 at the Tostrud Classic on Feb. 19... Registered a time of 2:08.85 in the 800m Run at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 22... Placed third in the 4x400m Relay with a time of 3:39.63 at the Tostrud Classic on Feb. 19... Ran the 1000m Run in 2:50.75 at the Macalester Invitational on Feb. 4.

Before Mac
First team all-conference cross country honors at D.C. Everest High School... Awarded the captain award for cross country and track... Named cross county MVP in 2020-2021... Distance MVP for track and field in 2020-2021... Graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
Macalester has a strong academic rigor, provides me the chance to run, and is a smaller sized school.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
It has been an important part in setting up my future, from my education, personal growth, and new friends I have had the joy of meeting.
