Macalester College Athletics

Max Rowland joined the Macalester coaching staff as an assistant swimming coach in the fall of 2023. Rowland graduated from Lake Forest College in 2022 with a degree in Communications. A captain for the Forester swim team, he left the program a seven-time Midwest Conference champion and school record-holder.

Prior to Macalester, Rowland enjoyed the opportunity to work as an assistant coach for state-championship programs Edina (Minn.) Swim Club and Olympus Aquatics in Salt Lake City, Utah.
