Why did you choose to attend Macalester?

Two aspects of Macalester were particularly attractive: the international culture and the opportunity to play NCAA athletics while being in one of the world's elite academic institutions. Being from Minnesota, I am aware of the great tradition that Macalester has, and I am excited to be a part of the class of 2018.
 

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?

My experience has been centered on academics. The professor-student relationships that I've been able to create and maintain even in just one year have been life changing. I hope to continue to discover my inner talents and passions in my next three years.
