Plays for the Macalester Football team … Qualified for the 2015 MIAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships … Academic All-Conference Honors … Currently holds indoor 60 meter dash record with a time of 7.05 seconds
2016: Competed in the 100, 200 and 4x100 meter relay at outdoor MIAC championships … At indoor conference qualified in the 60 meter dash and 4x200 meter relay
2015: Qualified for the 2015 MIAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships
Before Mac
Received All-Conference honors in football and track competing for Minnewaska Secondary… Placed ninth at state championship in 100 meter dash.
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because of the standards that they hold their student athletes to and their drive to make every student reach their full potential.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
It has meant the world to me. It has been the best experience in my life. I only wish that everyone could have the Macalester experience.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student athlete at Macalester has helped me to understand what it means to have confidence in myself and how to persevere through challenges.
