Outdoor
All-MIAC honors with a third-place finish in the triple jump with a 13.83 meter leap at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Competed at six meets for Mac… Placed second in the triple jump (13.54 meters) at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational… Logged a program ninth-best mark in the long jump with a 6.56 meter leap at the Carleton Relays on April 19.
 
Indoor
Competed at five meets in his senior season… Won the long jump (6.55 meters) and the triple jump (13.06 meters) at the Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 8… Placed second in the triple jump with a 13.34 meter leap at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 21.

Earned Academic All-District and Academic All-MIAC honors.
Outdoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a fourth-place finish in the triple jump (13.48m (44’ 2.75”))… Won the triple jump (13.72m (45’ 0.25”)) and placed third in the long jump (6.27m (20’ 7”)) at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 3… Placed third in the triple jump (13.50 (44’ 3.5”)) at the Saint John’s Invitational on April 20-21.

Indoor
Won a MIAC Championship in the triple jump with a personal record mark of 13.72m (45’ 0.24”) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Won the triple jump (13.38m (43’ 10.75”)) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 17… Placed first in the triple jump (13.23m (43’ 5”)) and placed fifth in the long jump (5.82m (19’ 1.25”)) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.

Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a fifth-place finish in the triple jump (13.33m (43’ 9”)) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Named MIAC Men’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week on April 4… Placed third in the long jump (6.23m (20’ 5.25”)) and the triple jump (13.21m (43’ 4.25”)) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 27-29.

Indoor
Competed in the triple jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Won the long jump (6.14m (20’ 1.75”)) and the triple jump (13.12m (43’ 0.5”)) at the Carleton Meet of Hearts on Feb. 11… Placed second in the triple jump (12.86m (42’ 2.25”) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 21.

2022
Outdoor
Jumped a personal best of 13.20m (43' 3.75") in the triple jump at the Holst Invitational on April 23... Registered a mark of 6.37m (20' 8.5") in the long jump at the Tommie Twilight on May 4.

Indoor
Placed second in Long Jump with a mark of 6.01m (19' 8.75") at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 22... Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in Triple Jump, placing sixth with a mark of 13.13m (43' 1.00") at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
