Ran at five meets… Earned All-MIAC honors with a 47.41 finish to take third in the 400 meters at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Set the school record in the 200 meters with a 21.42 finish for a win at the St. Olaf Ole Open on May 3… Set another school record in the 100 meters with a 10.58 second win at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational on April 24-26.
Indoor
Named All-North Region in the 400 meter… Ran at seven meets… Placed 12th in the 400 at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships on March 14-15… Earned All-MIAC honors after he placed third in the 400 meters with a time of 49.05… Claimed All-MIAC honorable mention with a fourth-place finish in the 200 in a school-record 22.32 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Set the school record in the 60 meter with a 7.02 finish at the M City Indoor Classic on Dec. 6-7… Won the 400 at the Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 8 and the Wartburg Qualifier on March 7-8.

Earned second team All-American honors after placing 16th in the 400m (48.29) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships on May 22-24… Earned All-North Region honors and All-MIAC honors with his second-place finish in the 400m with his personal best 47.30 that broke his own school record and earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with his sixth-place finish in the 200m with a personal record of 21.61 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Won the 200m (21.73) and placed second in the 100m with a personal best of 10.88 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational.
Indoor
Earned three All-MIAC Honorable Mentions, one in the 200m with a fifth-place finish (22.57), another in the 400m with a fourth-place finish (49.63) and one running with the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth (3:27.10) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Won the 400m in 49.53 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 17… Placed first in the 200m (22.64) and with the 4x400m relay team (3:31.60) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.

Earned All-MIAC honors for two third-place finishes, one in the 200m (21.90) and the other in the 400m, breaking his own school record with 47.91 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Won the 400m in 49.36 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 27-29… Won the 400m in 47.93 at the UWL Final Qualifier on May 18… Placed second in the 400m (48.28) at the ASU Red Wolf Open on April 21-22…. Placed second in the 200m (22.19) at the Norse Invite on April 15.

Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention for finishing fourth in the 400m (49.68) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Broke the school record in the 200m with a 22.35 for first place along with running with the 4x400m relay team that placed first (3:27.56) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic… Broke the school record in the 60m with 7.11 for second place at the St. Olaf Invitational on Jan. 28… Placed first in the 400m at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11.

Earned All-MIAC honors in the 400m dash, finishing second with a time of 48.16 at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Recognized with All-MIAC honors finishing third in the 200m dash final with a personal best time of 21.89 at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Earned All-MIAC honorable mention as a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished sixth (3:23.65) at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Ran a personal best time of 48.01 in the 400m dash, placing second at the UW-La Crosse Last Chance Qualifier on May 19.

Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 200m Dash, placing sixth with a time of 22.88 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with a time of 50.36 and placing fifth in the 400m Dash at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25... Ran the third-fastest time in Macalester history in the 200m dash (22.82) at the Saint John's/Saint Benedict Alumni Meet on Jan. 29.
