Competed in the triple jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed fifth in the triple jump (12.47m (40’ 11”)) at the Saint John’s Invitational on April 20-21.

Indoor
Competed in the triple jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Placed third in the triple jump with a personal record of 12.66m (41’ 6.5”) at the Gopher Classic on Feb. 3… Placed fourth in the long jump (5.83m (19’ 1.5”)) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 20.

2023
Outdoor
Competed in the triple jump at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13.

Indoor
Competed in the triple jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Placed fifth in the triple jump (11.30m (37’ 1”)) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18.

2022
Outdoor
Placed fifth in the javelin throw with a personal best mark of 41.74m (136' 11") at the Holst Invitational on April 23... Jump 12.14m (39' 10") in the triple jump at the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 6... Registered a mark of 6.00m (19' 8.25") in the long jump at the Tomcat Twilight on April 13.

2021
Outdoor
Jumped 6.35m in Long Jump at the Rider Bolstorff Invitational on May 1... Competed in Triple Jump and jumped 12.56m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 15... Threw for 39.37m in the Javelin Throw at the St. Olaf Invite on April 9.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
It's meant a lot. Before coming to Macalester, I'd gone to a pre-K-12 school my entire life. Leaving for Macalester was the first time I'd ever had to step outside that bubble, and it feels a lot like a step forward.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My time as a student-athlete has taught me how to better manage relationships, as well as handle challenging situations on and off the track.
