Member of the 4x400m relay team that placed third (3:27.88) at the Norse Invite on April 15… Finished fourth in the 400m (53.60) at the Carleton Relays on April 22.

Earned All-MIAC honors as a member of the distance medley relay team that placed second (10:34.51) and earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a part of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth (3:29.19) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Ran with the winning 4x200m relay team (1:33.40) and with the second-place 4x400m relay team (3:30.14) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11… Ran with the winning 4x400m relay team (3:27.56) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18.

Set a personal record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:00.19 at the Holst Invitational on April 23... Member of the 4x400m relay team that finished fourth (3:29.97) at the Meet of the Unsaintly on May 6.

Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x400m Relay, placing third with a time of 3:26.56 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x200m Relay, placing sixth with a time of 1:33.96 at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26... Won the 400m Dash in 52.48 at the Tostrud Classic on Feb. 19... Placed second in the 200m Dash with a time of 24.09 at the Macalester Invitational on Feb. 4.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
It's helped me maintain my discipline and learn to stay focused under intense exhaustion and stress. It's also helped teach me to believe that I can achieve my goals.
