DULUTH, Minn. – The Macalester College volleyball team faced the College of St. Scholastica on the road, dropping a three-set decision, 25-18, 25-9, 25-17. The Scots are now 3-11 overall and 0-2 in conference play, while the Saints improve to 8-6, 1-1 MIAC.

Macalester returns to action on Friday, Oct. 3 against Saint Benedict in the Scots' first home MIAC game of the season. Macalester will recognize select faculty and staff before and during the match, which starts at 7:00 p.m. in the Leonard Center.
