ORLANDO, Fla. - Macalester men's tennis wrapped up play in Orlando today against Ohio Northern. The Scots pulled out a 6-3 victory this afternoon. Macalester finished 2-2 for the week and is 6-4 (2-0 MIAC) overall.

Alec Sargent (Rochester, Minn./Rochester Century) balnked their opponents 8-0 at No. 1 doubles. At No. 2 doubles, sophomore
Jordan Doi (Mililani, Hawaii/Mililani) and senior
Anton Korolev (Moscow, Russia/Weil) won 8-6. Sophomore
Liam Lynch (St. Paul, Minn./St. Paul Academy) and senior
Josh Marine (Honolulu, Hawaii/Summit) edged out their opponents at third doubles 8-7 (7-3 tiebreaker).
Korolev won his match at fourth singles in two 6-4 sets. Sophomore
Lucas Wood (Urbana, Ill./University Lab School) defeated his opponent at fifth singles in three sets (7-6, 6-7, 10-4). Sullivan took the point at second singles. The Polar Bears took the points at first, third, and sixth singles.
Macalester heads back to Minnesota and will play its next match on Saturday March 25 at Baseline Tennis Center in Minneapolis. The Scots will play Gustavus Adolphus in a MIAC matchup at 9:00 a.m.
