ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Macalester College men's swimming and diving team is geared up and ready to compete at the MIAC Swimming & Diving Championships, which will be held Feb. 16-19 at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center. The meet begins this evening with diving and two relays.
Several Scots will be looking to make the finals in their events, which will take place in the evening sessions each day. First year
Charles Batsaikhan (Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia/East Chapel Hill) has times in three events ranked in the top 10 of the MIAC this season. He is ranked second in the 200-yard breaststroke, third in the 100-yard breaststroke and seventh in the 200-yard individual medley. Senior
Benjamin Blomquist (Las Vegas, Nev./Ed W. Clark) has the MIAC's fourth-best time in the 200-yard butterfly this season and ranks seventh in the 100-yard butterfly and ninth in the 200-yard individual medley.

Isaac Kisker (Dayton, Ohio/Oakwood) in the sprints, senior
Aidan Williams (Chicago, Ill./Walter Payton College Prep) in the 100-yard backstroke, senior
Tanner Hubbard (Farmington, Minn./Farmington) and first year
Jay Fanning (Tiffin, Ohio/Columbian) in the 1650-yard freestyle and first year
Ben Lewin (Beachwood, Ohio/Beachwood) in the breaststroke events.
The University of Minnesota Aquatics Center requires attendees to wear a mask over their nose and mouth at all times. Tickets must be purchased online
