ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Macalester College women's basketball team announced its schedule for the 2019-20 season, which begins on Nov. 12 at UM-Morris. The 25-game slate includes a tournament at Colorado College on Nov. 29-30.

The Scots, under the direction of new head coach Katie Kollar, will face Johnson & Wales on Nov. 29 in Colorado Springs before taking on the host Tigers on Nov. 30. The other non-conference games are on Nov. 16 at Bethany Lutheran and Nov. 19 against Northwestern-St. Paul in Macalester's home opener.
 
After playing 18 MIAC games a season for the past five campaigns, teams will play 20 conference games in 2019-20. The Scots begin league play on Nov. 23 at Gustavus, with the first home MIAC game occurring on Nov. 26 against Hamline. Senior Day is set for Saturday, Feb. 8 against Carleton at 3:00 p.m.

The MIAC Playoffs begin Feb. 25 at campus sites. The top six teams in the MIAC standings qualify for the playoffs.
