MOORHEAD, Minn. – The Macalester College volleyball team dropped a MIAC match on the road to Concordia College in three sets, 25-11, 25-15, 25-15 Thursday night at Memorial Auditorium. The Scots are now 7-8 overall and 0-2 in conference play, while the Cobbers improve to 5-10, 1-1 MIAC.

Grace Brickner (Bronx, N.Y./Fieldston) led Macalester with eight kills and a .333 hitting percentage. Senior outside hitter
Gabby Ivy (St. Louis, Mo./John Burroughs) added five kills, while senior setter
Emily Bowler (South Salem, N.Y./John Jay) delivered 22 assists. Concordia's Briana Carney had nine kills to lead all players.
The Scots continue their MIAC schedule with a home match against St. Olaf on Saturday, Sept. 22. The match begins at 3:00 p.m. in the Leonard Center.
