In addition to getting 29 from Baltzer, Macalester received 18 points, six rebounds, three steals and two steals from Danielle Johnson (Sr., DeForest, Wis. / Madison Edgewood). Trina PaStarr (Sr., Minneapolis, Minn. / Southwest) chipped in with 14 points and 10 rebounds for her sixth double double of the season.

The contest was closely played early on. Mac led 11-10 eight minutes into the game. Ahead 22-16, the Scots began a 21-7 run to exteand the margin to 20 points at 43-23 with a minute to go in the half.

Augsburg was led by Shannon Renne with 16 points.

With their four-game skid now over, the Scots move to 12-9 overall and 12-6 in the MIAC. The team matches its all-time program high with 12 conference wins.  Mac plays host Wednesday (Feb. 10) to Concordia-Moorhead at 5:45 p.m.
