Jordan Matheson (Sr., Vancouver, B.C. / The Nichols School – N.Y.) won medalist honors by placing first out of 61 players Friday and Saturday at the Carleton Invitational in Northfield. A three-time all-conference golfer, Matheson stood in second place by a couple strokes following a 78 on Friday and then moved up to the top position Saturday with another 78 on the par-72 Northfield Golf Club course. Ttournament included many of the top teams and players in the Upper Midwest, and with her outstanding performance, Matheson improves her chances of being invited to next month’s NCAA Division III championships.
