Nathan Young (Fy., Denver, Colo. / Littleton) led the way for the Scots with some outstanding swims over the weekend (Nov. 30-Dec. 1) at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invitational at the University of Minnesota Aquatics Center. The meet featured over 25 teams, including the U of Minnesota and several Division III teams. Some events featured over 70 and 80 participants. On the second day, Young placed third in the 100-yard backstroke in :53.67 and fourth in the 200 backstroke with a 1:57.62 clocking. His 200 back time breaks a 15-year-old school mark and his :53.20 mark leading off the 400 medley relay is a new school 100-yard backstroke record. Young also placed 12 th in the 200 individual medley (2:02.96).
