Nathan Young (Fy., Denver, Colo. / Littleton) has his collegiate swimming career off to an excellent start and last weekend in meets at St. Kate's and St. John's , swam to five first-place finishes. Young won the 100 backstroke (54.56), 200 back (1:59.99) and 100 butterfly (57.36) at the St. Catherine Mini-Invite on Friday. Then against some standout competition, including some Division II schools, Young placed first in both the 100 back (54.82) and 200 back (2:01.35) at the St. John's / St. Benedict Invitational.
