Midfielder Jake Rocke (Sr., Lincoln, Neb. / East) blasted in a tough-angle shot from the right side just 1:19 into overtime to lift Macalester past guest St. Thomas 2-1 Saturday night (Oct. 24) as the Scots move into a four-way tie for second place in the MIAC. Rocke’s breakaway shot, coming off a goal kick and two nice passes, rocketed past a diving UST goalkeeper and just inside the far post from 20 yards away.
