Named to the NABC Honors Court for academic achievement… Played in 19 games with 10 starts… Averaged 5.5 points and 2.8 rebounds per game while shooting 83.3 percent from the free throw line… Tallied a career-best 15 points in a win at Martin Luther Nov. 28… Grabbed a career-high nine rebounds in a victory over Coe Nov. 26.
2015-16
Saw action in 12 games… Scored seven points vs. Saint John’s Jan. 6.
2014-15
Played in seven games.
Before Mac
Named to All-Subsection team… Awarded Bremer Tournament Classic MVP… Received All-Conference Honorable Mention, All-Area Honorable Mention and Academic All-State honors.
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
Macalester has a very good atmosphere to the campus and team. Â Also it was the strongest school in terms of academics that I was considering.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
It's been a great learning experience socially, academically, and athletically. Â My experience at Mac is going to help me in all areas of my life, no matter what I do after graduation.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experiences at Mac have helped me grow as an academic through rigorous curriculum. Also I have been introduced to real world experiences through the diversity and social life at Mac.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My student-athlete experience has taught me many things. By challenging me academically, and physically, it has prepared me for anything that I will encounter in the real world. Being part of such a close knit group of guys on our team has really let me see how important camaraderie is and how much it can help you achieve your goals on and off the court.
