Outdoor
MIAC All-Conference in the High Jump and Shot Put... MIAC Honorable Mention in the Heptatholon... Recorded a a third-place finish in the 100-Meter Hurdles (15.95) and fourth-place in the Shot Put (12.67) at the Hamline invitational on March 30... Finished in third-place in the Shot Put with a 12.32m distance at the Carleton Relays... Logged a personal record of 4443 in the Pentathlon at the UW-La Crosse Phil Esten Challenge, finishing in sixth-place in the event... Recorded a second-place finish in the Shot Put with a 12.99m throw at the Janis Rider/ Doug Bolstorff Invitational... Had four top-ten finishes at the MIAC Outdoor Championship by finishing second-place in the Shot Put (13.36), third-place in the Triple Jump (1.61), seventh-place in the 4x400 (4:06.79) and sixth-place in the Pentathlon (4304). 

Indoor
MIAC All-Conference in the Shot Put... MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x400-Meter Relay... Finished second-place in the Pentathlon at the St. Olaf Invitational with a 3150 score... Finished in third-place in the Shot Put (11.09) and sixth-place in the Long Jump (4.86) at the Carleton Meet of Hearts on Feb. 14... Grabbed a fourth-place finish in the High Jump (1.54m) and third-place in the Shot Put (12.48) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 20... Competed at the MIAC Indoor Conference Championships, finishing first-place in the Shot Put with 13.22m distance, ninth-place in the High Jump (1.54) and fourth-place in the 4x400 (4:01.92)... Finished fourth-place at the Wartburg Qualifier with a 4329 score in the Pentathlon, and fourth-place in the Shot Put with a 13.02m distance.

Outdoor
Competed at seven meets… Earned All-MIAC honors in the shot put with a 12.78 meters and earned All-MIAC honorable mention with the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth (3:59.23) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship on May 9-10… Placed second in the shot put with an 11.94 meter toss at the St. Olaf Ole Open on May 3.
 
Indoor
Competed at eight meets for Macalester… MIAC Champion in the shot put with a school-record 13.17 meter toss and All-MIAC honorable mention in the pentathlon with a 2881 score at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Broke the school record in the shot put again with a 13.22 meter throw at the Wartburg Qualifier on March 7-8… Won the shot put (12.66 meters) at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25… Placed second in the 60 meter hurdles in a personal best 9.70 seconds at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 21.

2024
Outdoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the shot put with a fourth-place finish (12.32m (40’ 5”)) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11…  Placed fourth in the long jump with a mark of 4.93m (16’ 2.25”) at the Saint John’s Invitational on April 20-21.

Indoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the shot put with a fourth-place finish (12.28m (40’ 3.5”)) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Logged personal records in the 60m hurdles and the Pentathlon at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Placed second in the long jump with a mark of 4.62m (15’ 2”) and ran with the 4x400m relay team that earned second (4:24.17) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.
