Raced at six Scots meets… Went to the MIAC Outdoor Championships to race in the 1500 and 5000 meter races on May 9-10.
 
Indoor
Ran at six meets for Macalester… Competed in the mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Placed fifth (11:33.01) in the 3000 at the Vanessa Seljeskog Classic on Jan. 25.

2023
Received Academic All-MIAC honors.
Outdoor
Logged a personal record in the 5000m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Placed fifth in the 1500m at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 5.

Indoor
Competed in the mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Logged a personal record in the mile at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18… Finished ninth in the 3000m at the Gopher Classic on Feb. 4.

2022
Outdoor
Ran the 1500m in a time of 5:25.59 at the Tomcat Twilight on April 13... Finished the 5000m run in 20:25.35 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 30.

Indoor
Completed the 1000m run in a time of 3:33.51 at the Macalester Invitational on Feb. 4... Ran the 800m in 2:44.80 at the Saint John's/Saint Benedict Alumni Meet on Jan. 29.

Before Mac
First team all Cincinnati Hills League cross country honors in 2019-2020 at Wyoming High School... Earned second team all Cincinnati Hills League cross country honors in 2018... Earned second team all Cincinnati Hills League track and field honors in 2021 for the 3200m... Received honorable mention recognition in 2021 for the 4x800m... Earned second team all Cincinnati Hills League track and field honors in 2019 for the 4x800m at Wyoming High... Received honorable mention recognition in 2019 for the 3200m... National Honors Society.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because I wanted to go to a liberal arts college. I love St. Paul's coziness and the many advantages it offers students.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
Macalester has been a place for me to explore my interests academically, as well as socially and in athletics. I have learned new things about myself and pushed myself outside of my comfort zone!

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
During my time at Macalester I have been a part of and helped create a special community. I have found my voice as a leader on the XC and track teams and have continued my dedication and perseverance to running. I will use all of these skills in my future after Macalester.
