MIAC Honorable Mention in the 5k Run and the 10k Run... Logged a second-place finish in the 5000 at the Janis Rider/ Doug Bolstorff Invitational with a 18:13.05... Competed at the MIAC Outdoor Championship with a fourth-place finish in the 10000 (38:55.08) and a sixth-place finish in the 5000 with a 18:19.47 run.
Indoor
Finished in sixth-place at the Carleton Meet of Hearts with a 10:33.15 in the 3k... Logged another sixth-place finish at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic, finishing sixth in the Mile (5:26.64).
2025
Outdoor
Ran at seven meets… Raced in the 5000 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Clocked a personal best of 5:03.13 in the 1500 at the St. Olaf Ole Open on May 3.
Indoor
Competed at seven meets for the Scots… Logged a personal best in the mile (5:29.62) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 21… Registered a personal best in the 3000 (10:56.26) at the Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 8… Ran both the mile and 3000 at the MIAC Indoor Championships.
2024
Outdoor
Registered a personal record in the 3000m steeplechase at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Placed third in the 1500m with a personal record of 5:18.39 at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 3.
Indoor
Placed ninth in the mile with a personal record of 5:51.29 at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
It has taught me how to balance academics, athletics, and other responsibilities while managing my time effectively, which have prepared me to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because of the location and the strong sense of community.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
My experience at Mac has meant creating everlasting friendships built off of the desire to see one another succeed.
