Registered a personal record in the 400m hurdles at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 12-13… Logged a personal record in the 400m at the Norse Invite on April 15.

Indoor
Logged a personal best in the 800m at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Registered a personal record in 600m and ran with the 4x400m relay team that placed third (4:18.40) at the St. Olaf Invitational on Jan. 28.

Member of the 4x400m relay team that finished second (4:16.96) at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on April 30... Ran the 400m dash in 1:05.52 at the Tomcat Twilight on April 13.

Ran the 800m in 2:30.94 at the St. Olaf Inivtational on Feb. 21... Registered a time of 3:19.80 in the 1000m at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I choose to attend Macalester because of the community on campus and their values. I am excited to engage in the broader community of St. Paul because community engagement was a huge part of my high school experience. I was also looking for a small school in a big city. I am eager to engage in the international community as well on campus and in the Twin Cities.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
Macalester has led me to make meaningful connections with people from different parts of the world as I continue to grow and establish who I am as an individual.
