Outdoor
Ran a personal record time in the mile in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 12-13… Placed fifth in the 3000m steeplechase at the Norse Invite on April 15.
Indoor
Competed in the 800m at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23-24… Placed fourth in the 800m at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 11… Ran with the 4x400m relay team that claimed third at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 18.
2022
Received Academic All-MIAC honors.
Outdoor
Finished third in the 4x400m relay with a time of 4:40.80 at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invitational on April 9... Ran the 1500m in a time of 5:24.52 at the Holst Invitational on April 23.
Indoor
Won the 4x400m Relay in a time of 4:34.54 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Feb. 18... Placed third in the 600m (1:51.10) at the Macalester Invitational on Feb. 4.

Finished the 800m in a time of 2:27.79 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 15.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My experience as a student-athlete at Macalester has taught me how to use support resources and communicate at a higher level than before. Being a member of both the women’s Cross Country and Track & Field teams has opened opportunities for teamwork and making connections with other students that I might not have otherwise.
