Finished fifth-place in the Weight Throw (43.29) at the Gene Glader Invitational on April 11... Logged a second-place finish at the Carleton Relay in the Hammer Throw (42.53)... Finished in fourth-place at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational with a 48.15 Hammer Throw... Competed at the MIAC Outdoor Championship, and seured third-place in the Hammer Throw with a 48.85... Secured fifth-place at the Meet of the Unsaintly with a 47.74 Hammer Throw... Won the Hammer Throw at the St. Olaf Ole Open with a 48.42m distance.
Indoor
Finished second-place in the Weight Throw with a 14.22m throw at the Carleton Meet of Hearts on Feb. 14... Finished fourth-place in the Weight Throw with a 13.64m throw at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic... Finished in twelvth-place in the Weight Throw at the MIAC Indoor Conference Championship with a 13.45m throw.

Outdoor
Competed at seven meets… Earned All-MIAC honorable mention with a fifth-place finish in the hammer throw with a 47.00 meter toss at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 9-10… Won the hammer throw in a program-best 49.31 meters at the St. Olaf Ole Open on May 3… Placed second in the hammer throw with a 44.14 meter toss at the Carleton Relays on April 19.
Indoor
Competed at six meets for Mac… Won the weight throw with a 13.70 meter toss, the second-best mark in program history, at the Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 8.
2024
Outdoor
Competed in the shot put and hammer throw at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Logged a personal record of 42.81m (140’ 5”) in the hammer throw to place seventh at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 3.
Indoor
Competed in the weight throw and shot put at the MIAC Indoor Championships in her debut season… Logged two personal records, one to win the shot put with 11.64m (38’ 2.25”) and one to place second in the weight throw with 13.31m (43’ 8”) at the Carleton Meet of Hearts on Feb. 10.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
My experience at Macalester has been incredibly fulfilling, as I've found a supportive community within my team, and among my friends and professors. This environment has fostered significant personal and athletic growth, and I've been able to develop both my academic and leadership skills. The camaraderie and mentorship I've received have made my time here truly transformative.
