Competed at seven meets for the Scots… All-MIAC honors with a second-place finish in the long jump with a program third-best 5.48 meter leap at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on Feb. 27 to March 1… Placed third in the long jump with a 5.28 meter leap at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational on April 24-26.
Indoor
Ran at two meets for Macalester… Clocked a personal best of 8.45 seconds in the 60 meters at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Feb. 21.
2024
Outdoor
Ran the 100m dash and the 4x100 relay at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Registered a personal record in the long jump at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational on May 1.
Indoor
Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a part of the 4x200m relay team that placed sixth (1:50.11) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-24… Ran with the 4x200m relay team that placed first (1:53.60) at the Carleton Meet of the Hearts on Feb. 10.
