Received Academic All-MIAC honors.
Outdoor
Competed in the 1500m and the javelin throw at the MIAC Outdoor Championships… Placed third in the 1500m with a personal record of 5:09.65 at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 5… Placed fourth in the javelin throw with a personal record of 26.42m (86’ 8”) at the Carleton Relays on April 22.

Indoor
Finished second in the 3000m at the St. Olaf Invitational on Jan. 28.

2022
Received Academic All-MIAC honors.

Finished eighth in the Mile run (5:34.87) at the St. Olaf Invitational on Feb. 18... Completed the 3000m run in 11:05.23 at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 12.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
The most important concepts my experience as a student-athlete at Macalester has taught me are determination and how to collaborate with and support others. I feel that my unique experience of switching sports in my college career has given me the privilege of interacting with all different types of people, as well as taught me how to pursue a variety of both individual and team goals. I am very thankful for these experiences and confident they make me a better person in society and the workforce.
