Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x800m relay, placing fourth (9:38.83) at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Ran the 1500m in 5:17.40 at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invite on April 9.

Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the Distance Medley Relay, placing sixth (13:07.47) at the MIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25... Ran the 1000m in 3:17.14 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Feb. 18... Finished second in the 4x400m Relay at the Macalester Invitational on Feb. 4.

Four-year academic all-state honors at Capital High School... Rachel Kromkowski award recipient in 2018-2019... Valedictorian... Bear award recipient.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because of the diversity of the student body, the wide variety of opportunities, and the location.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
My experience at Macalester has provided me with community and unique experiences that have helped me learn about myself and how I want to impact the world around me.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My student athlete experience at Mac has prepared me for life after graduation by teaching the value of community and how to support the people around you in more ways than one.
