Asssitant Track & Field Coach

Janis Rider was a national champion in the javelin when she competed for Mac. She has been working with the javelin throwers at Macalester since 1999 and Janis has worked national competitors while at Mac. She is a lawyer who works for the State of Minnesota legislature.
