Assistant Track & Field Coach - Pole Vault

Alex Wise graduated from Macalester in 2006 and was a four-year member of the track and field team. He is the school record holder for the indoor and outdoor pole vault and earned six All-MIAC citations and one MIAC Championship in the event. Alex was also an NCAA Championships qualifier for the Scots.

2024 will be Wise's 15th year coaching at Macalester, and he coaches the team's pole vaulters.
