Stole second-place at the Carleton Relays with a 30.30 Javelin Throw... Won the Javelin Throw at the Janis Rider/ Doug Bolstorff Invitational with a 34.86 throw... Logged a fifth-place finish at the MIAC Outdoor Championship in the Triple Jump (34.94)... In the last meet of the season at the St. Olaf Ole Open, finished second-place in the Triple Jump (31.79).

Ran at seven meets for Macalester… Won the javelin throw with a toss of 36.84 meters — the sixth-best mark in program history — at the Wartburg Outdoor Select on April 4-5.
2024
Outdoor
Competed in the javelin throw at the MIAC Outdoor Championships on May 10-11… Finished second in the javelin throw with a personal record of 36.00m (118’ 1”) at the Wartburg Outdoor Select on April 5-6… Registered a personal record in the shot put at the Meet of the UnSaintly on May 3.
