Recorded a personal record of 1:16.44 in the 400m hurdles at the MIAC Championships on May 13-14... Ran the 200m dash in 31.00 at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invite on April 9.

Outdoor
Finished the 400m Hurdles in 1:16.54 Meet of the UnSaintly on May 4... Ran the 400m Dash in 1:09.65 at the Hamline Invitational on April 6.
Indoor
Ran the 400m Dash in 1:08.06 at Parents Day Open on Feb. 16.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
I have had to learn a lot about perseverance especially through injuries and that everyone is going through things you can’t see and don’t know about, so we have to be cognizant of that. I have needed to learn more time management and balancing crazy schedules and work loads, but also that sleep should always be a top priority!
