Named ITA Scholar Athlete… Played 10 singles matches and 17 doubles matches for Mac… Won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 6 singles and 6-2 at No. 3 doubles against Indiana Southeast on March 17.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester has helped me grow both personally and academically. I really appreciate the structure of balancing school and tennis because it has taught me how to prioritize my time and stay organized. Having that routine has also made me enjoy tennis even more, since I can fully appreciate the time I spend competing and practicing.
My teammates have also had a huge impact on me. Their support and friendship have helped me become more confident, mature, and resilient. Overall, being a student-athlete at Macalester has shaped me into a more disciplined, confident person while allowing me to be part of a community I truly value.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I loved the people, location, tennis team and school academics.
