Named Academic All-MIAC and ITA Scholar-Athlete… Played three singles and two doubles matches for Macalester.

Named to the Academic All-MIAC team.

Earned ITA Scholar Athlete distinction and Academic All-MIAC honors.

Attended Galesburg High School.
Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because of its rigorous academic environment and I can pursue all of my interests.
What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
My experience at Macalester has been shaped by my friends and professors. Without their support and guidance, I wouldn’t be on the track that I am. I didn’t think I would want to pursue physics but after the Rocket Science FYC, I felt renewed passion and inspiration to continue on my physics journey. Macalester has ended up being the right fit for me from academics, to activities, and athletics.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
It has helped my mental toughness and I’ve made some great friends too!
