2024-25
Named to the Scholar All-America second team… Academic All-District and Academic All-MIAC… Swam at 11 meets… Placed 25th in the 100-yard backstroke (56.45) at the NCAA Division III Championship on March 19-22… MIAC Champion in the 100-yard backstroke (55.68) and as a member of the 200- and 400-yard medley relay teams that won in a school-record 1:45.03 and 3:51.41, respectively (including posting a school-record 55.17 in the 100 back in the 400 medley)… All-MIAC honors with a second-place finish (23.95) in the 50-yard freestyle and third (2:04.60) in the 200-yard backstroke at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 19-22… Won the 100-yard back (1:01.25) at Luther on Oct. 18… Won the 100-yard back (59.47) and 200-yard back (2:12.58) against Grinnell on Jan. 25.

2023-2024
Collected All-MIAC honors in the 100-yard backstroke with a second-place finish (57.45), with the school record-breaking second-place 200-yard (1:45.92) and 400-yard (3:53.76) medley relay teams and with the third-place 200-yard freestyle relay team (1:37.69) at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 14-17… Earned All-MIAC honorable mention with a fifth-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle (24.55) at the MIACs… Received Academic All-District honors and Academic All-MIAC honors… Won the 200-yard backstroke (2:15.80) against St. Olaf on Jan. 20.

2022-2023
Won a MIAC title in the 100-yard backstroke (57.15) and claimed All-MIAC honors with the school record-breaking second-place 200-yard freestyle relay team (1:37.32) and third-place 200-yard medley relay team (1:46.53) at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 15-18… Received All-MIAC honorable mention in the 200-yard backstroke for a fifth-place finish (2:06.38) and with the 400-yard medley relay team that placed fourth with school-record 3:58.69 at the MIACs… Earned Academic All-District and Academic All-MIAC honors… Won the 100-yard backstroke (1:02.07) against St. Olaf on Jan. 21.

2021-2022
Registered 15 top 10 performances... Member of the 200-yard medley relay (1:48.61), 400-yard medley relay (4:02.43), and the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:37.65) that broke school records at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 16-19... Broke the 100-yard backstroke school record with a time of 57.93 at the Ahlman Invitational on Dec. 3... Named All-MIAC in the 100-yard backstroke at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 19... Broke the 200-yard backstroke school record and won the race with a time of 2:08.56 at the Ahlman Invitational on Dec. 3... Named All-MIAC honorable mention in the 200-yard freestyle relay.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because I loved the atmosphere of the campus and the students. I felt that Macalester's location was a great fit for what I wanted to do in college and being able to continue swimming was a huge plus as well.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
I’ve loved getting to know so many amazing people who go to Macalester. It’s awesome to get to know others from all around the country and the world and to hear about their experiences. I’ve also been blessed to have worked with incredible professors who have supported me not only in the classroom but also in my personal life.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student-athlete has taught me many lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I've been pushed to grow not only as a competitor but also as a person by my coaches and teammates. I have gained confidence in myself and a work ethic that will stick with me long after I finish swimming.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My experience as a student-athlete has helped me improve various skills that will be beneficial after graduation including my time management and perseverance. Many lessons that I have learned in the weight room and the pool will transfer to a future career or graduate school.
