2024-25
Named Academic All-MIAC… Swam at 10 meets for Macalester… Earned All-MIAC honors with a second-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly in 2:10.13 at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 19-22… Placed second in the 100-yard butterfly in 1:05.03 against Saint Benedict on Oct. 26… Placed second again in the 200-yard butterfly in 2:24.70 at the Grace Goblirsch Invitational on Nov. 23.

2023-2024
Received Academic All-MIAC honors… Competed in the 100-yard butterfly, the 200-yard butterfly and the 200-yard individual medley at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 14-17… Placed third in the 200-yard butterfly (2:26.51) against Grinnell on Jan. 27.

2022-2023
Claimed All-MIAC honorable mention in the 200-yard butterfly with a fifth-place finish at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 15-18… Earned Academic All-MIAC honors… Placed second in the 200-yard butterfly (2:30.94) and in the 100-yard backstroke (1:11.24) against Hamline on Nov. 19.

2021-2022
Made three top 10 performances... Swam a season best of 2:15.99 in the 200-yard butterfly at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 16-19... Finished the 200-yard Individual Medley in a time of 2:24.52 at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 16-19.

Before Mac
Team captain at Shorewood High School... Most improved award 2020... Spirit award recipient in 2019... Received the outstanding swimmer award in 2018... Placed sixth in the state for the 200m butterfly... Individual high school state qualifier for the 100m butterfly... National Honors Society... Wisconsin State Senate scholar.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester for a multitude of reasons, the most important ones being the educational opportunities that Macalester's location offers, the spectacular academics, and the incredible swim team and coaching staff.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
It has meant the world. The people I've met at Macalester have completely changed my life. Whether through classes, work study, or my team, the community at Mac is unlike any I've ever seen. It is amazing to be surrounded by so many people committed to change, respect, and collaboration.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience on the swim and dive team has allowed me to become a stronger leader, a better teammate, and a more well-rounded human being. I would not be who I am now without the guidance of my coaches and teammates throughout these past 2 years.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My student-athlete experience has taught me the crucial skill of balance. Moving forward into my post-graduate life, I will benefit from the lessons I learned by balancing swimming, work, and academics. I am extremely thankful to Macalester and the Swimming and Diving program for all it has taught me.
