Academic All-MIAC... Swam at 8 meets for Mac... Placed second in the 100-yard Breaststroke with a 1:12.28 and fifth at the 200-yard Breaststroke with 2:38.05 at the Roger Ahlman Invite.

2024-25
Academic All-MIAC… Swam at 10 meets for Macalester… Placed third in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:16.74 and in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:47.05 at Luther on Oct. 18.

2023-2024
Recorded personal bests in the 100-yard breaststroke, the 200-yard breaststroke and 200-yard individual medley at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 14-17… Placed second in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:15.27) and in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:42.81) against St. Benedict on Oct. 21.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester has helped me build my time-management and self-advocacy skills that will prepare me for post-grad life. Juggling a rigorous course load with practice and meets has taught me how to plan efficiently and effectively. Communicating with professors and peers to balance my schedule has given me the confidence to speak up for myself and navigate challenges. 

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose Macalester because of the small class sizes and supportive environment that it provides.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
Mac has been an incredibly important experience to me. It has helped me come out of my shell and I've met amazing people here! It also provides an environment where I can focus on athletics as well as academics.
