What do you appreciate most about Macalester?
I appreciate the openness and friendliness of the people at Mac. A small school allows us to have more intimate relationships with not just the students but the professors.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
I have had the support of an incredible family to get me through tough academic and social experiences and cheer me on during the exciting times. More importantly, being a student athlete here at Mac has meant that I could find balance and involvement that has made me a more well-rounded and well adjusted person.
How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
As any student athlete knows, time management is a must and I know that will be helpful in my future career. Additionally, Macalester has given me advisors, coaches, and teammates that I know will be supportive even after graduation and given me a connective network to help me in the "real world."
