Member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)… Resident Assistant… Member of Women in Economics... Macalester Consulting Club... Received the Harold S. Geneen Charritable Trust Scholarship.

2023-2024
Collected All-MIAC honors with the second-place 200-yard (1:45.92) and 400-yard (3:53.76) medley relay teams, with the third-place 200-yard (1:37.69) and 400-yard (3:33.99) freestyle relay teams and individually with second-place finishes in the 100-yard butterfly (57.08) and 100-yard freestyle (53.20) at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 14-17… Received All-MIAC honorable mention in the 50-yard freestyle with a fourth-place finish (24.23) at MIACs… Named MIAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week for the week ending Feb. 11… Earned Academic All-District and Academic All-MIAC honors… Broke the school record in the 200-yard individual medley with a 2:10.60 win at the Grinnell Last Chance Meet on Feb. 24…Placed no lower than sixth all season, including 17 top-three finishes.

2022-2023
Earned All-MIAC honors with the 200-yard freestyle relay team that placed second with a school-record 1:37.32 and the 200-yard medley relay team that placed third with a school-record 1:46.53 at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 15-18… Claimed All-MIAC honorable mention in the 100-yard butterfly (59.06) and with the fourth-place 400-yard medley (3:58.69) and 400-yard freestyle (3:35.32) relay teams at MIACs… Received Academic All-District honors and Academic All-MIAC honors… Placed first in the 50-yard butterfly (27.07) and second in the 50-yard backstroke with a personal-best 29.09 at the Norse Sprint Invite on Jan. 14.

2021-2022
Received Academic All-MIAC honors... Produced 16 top 10 performances... Broke six school records at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 16-19... First athlete at Macalester to swim the 50-yard freestyle sub-24 seconds (23.93)... Broke the 100-yard butterfly (58.64) and the 100-yard freestyle (53.34)... Member of the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:34.81), 400-yard medley relay (4:02.43) and the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:37.65) that broke records at the MIAC Championships... Named All-MIAC honorable mention in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle, 100-yard butterfly, 200-yard freestyle relay, and 800-yard freestyle relay at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 19.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I chose to attend Macalester because I was drawn to the atmosphere of diversity, civic engagement, and humanitarianism.  I was also looking for an environment where I could continue my athletic career while maintaining focused on academics.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you so far?
I have loved the culture of Mac where I get to interact with students and faculty who are enthusiastic about learning! Outside of the classroom, I feel incredibly supported by coaches and friends.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being pushed as a student-athlete while in such a supportive and forgiving environment has helped me to learn to manage my time in such a way as to prioritize personal growth. My interactions with coaches have taught me what servant-leadership looks like and specifically- how to lead with empathy while also challenging your athletes to realize the fullest of their abilities.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
I've learned to collaborate with a team, manage a fast-paced schedule, and prioritize the things in life that matter.
