Claimed Academic All-MIAC honors… Swam nine meets for Macalester… Took second in the 200-yard freestyle (2:13.29) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:11.08) and placed fifth in the 50-yard freestyle (28.27) at the Piper Red Invite on Feb. 1.

2023-2024
Earned Academic All-MIAC honors… Placed sixth in the 100-yard butterfly against St. Benedict on Oct. 21.

2022-2023
Received Academic All-MIAC honors… Placed third in the 100-yard butterfly against Hamline on Nov. 19.

2021-2022
Made four top 10 performances... Swam to a ninth place finish with a season best of 59.91 in the 100-yard freestyle against Grinnell on Jan. 29.

Before Mac
Selected to the all-state team... Swam a 50m free (relay split) in 27.30 seconds at Yarmouth High School... Swam 100m free in 101.51 seconds... Member of the 2021 Academic All-Swim team 2021.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
The high caliber of academics, involvement of the students in the Macalester community and the focus on international studies.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
It has meant a lot to me to be a part of a school where people are driven, kind and passionate. I learn a lot from my peers and I feel very lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
Being a student-athlete at Macalester has taught me how to be a good teammate, how to push myself, and how to have a fun time on the pool deck!

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
It has taught me how to manage my time, work hard through difficult challenges and how to be a good team member in everyday life.
