Competed in the 200-yard, 500-yard and 1650-yard freestyle at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 14-17… Placed fifth in the 500-yard freestyle against St. Olaf on Jan. 20.

2022-2023
Placed fourth in the 500-yard freestyle against Carleton on Nov. 5.

2021-2022
Registered eight top 10 performances... Won the 1650-yard freestyle in a time of 18:59.28 at the Ahlman Invitational on Dec. 3... Swam to a third place finish in the 500-yard freestyle (5:30.48) at the Ahlman Invitational on Dec. 3... Named All-MIAC honorable mention in the 800-yard freestyle relay at the MIAC Championships on Feb. 19.

Why did you choose to attend Macalester?
I love the atmosphere, as well as the close proximity to a big city.

What has your experience at Macalester meant to you?
Being at Macalester has helped me to grow as both a student and an athlete. The support from my professors, coaches, and peers has made me more confident in and out of the classroom.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester helped shape you as an individual?
My experience as a student-athlete at Macalester has shaped me through the friendships I have formed and the opportunities I have had. The support from both teammates and coaches has helped me through some of my most challenging moments, which has allowed me to grow not only as a student and athlete, but also as a person. This foundation of support has given me the opportunity to try new things and pursue my goals in all facets of my life.

How has your experience as a student-athlete at Macalester prepared you for life after graduation?
My experience as a student-athlete has taught me many life skills, including time management and balance, which will be helpful after graduation. I have learned how to be committed and responsible, and how relying on others, whether they are peers or mentors, can lead to incredible results!
